In a small pot, add milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and coconut oil.

Warm it up on the stove, stirring now and then. Don't let it boil.

Add a bit of honey or maple syrup to make it sweeter.

Remove any solids if using fresh spices. Pour into cups and sprinkle on some cinnamon if you'd like.
