Peel your garlic and chop the peppers. Take the seeds out if you want the sauce less spicy.

Throw the garlic, peppers, sugar, vinegar, and salt into a blender. Run it until it's as smooth or chunky as you'd like.

Warm up the oil in a medium pan. Pour in the blended mixture and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring now and then, until the oil starts separating.

Once cooled, move it into a clean jar that's been sterilized, seal it up tight, and keep it in the fridge.
