Spicy Chili Garlic (Print Version)

01 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
02 - 10-12 garlic cloves, peeled
03 - 1 tsp sugar
04 - 1/4 cup vinegar
05 - 1 cup fresh red chili peppers
06 - 1 tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Peel your garlic and chop the peppers. Take the seeds out if you want the sauce less spicy.
02 - Throw the garlic, peppers, sugar, vinegar, and salt into a blender. Run it until it's as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
03 - Warm up the oil in a medium pan. Pour in the blended mixture and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring now and then, until the oil starts separating.
04 - Once cooled, move it into a clean jar that's been sterilized, seal it up tight, and keep it in the fridge.
