# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).
07 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.
09 - 1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned and peeled.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 2 green onions, sliced.
12 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
13 - 1 cup shredded carrots.
14 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
15 - 1 cup cucumber slices.
16 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into slices.
17 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
18 - 2 cups jasmine or brown rice.

# Steps:
