Spinach Artichoke Cheese Dip (Print Version)

Creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke blend with garlic, baked until golden and served with baguette.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
02 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 3/4 cup sour cream
04 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
05 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar, plus more for topping
06 - 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère
07 - 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
08 - 1 (10-oz.) package frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 tsp. lemon zest
11 - 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
12 - Kosher salt, to taste
13 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
14 - Tortilla chips, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, cheddar, Gruyère, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Mix until fully combined and season with salt and pepper.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the surface with a spatula. Top with additional shredded white cheddar.
03 - Bake in the oven until bubbly and slightly golden, approximately 30 minutes. For a more golden top, broil on high for 2 minutes.
04 - Serve warm with tortilla chips.
