Cheesy Spinach Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Blend

01 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, split into two portions
02 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
03 - Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

→ Veggies & Flavors

04 - Half a cup of spinach, chopped finely
05 - A clove of garlic, minced
06 - Half a cup of chopped artichoke hearts
07 - A tablespoon of chopped parsley, with an extra pinch for sprinkling on top
08 - A dash of kosher salt
09 - A sprinkle of black pepper, freshly ground
10 - Half a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, plus extra for garnish

→ Base Layer

11 - 2 bagels cut into halves

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grab a medium-sized baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - Using a big bowl, stir together cream cheese, mozzarella (save a third of it), Parmesan, artichoke hearts, spinach, parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste and combine until smooth.
03 - Put the bagel halves on the lined baking sheet with the cut side facing up. Spread the creamy spinach and artichoke mix across each piece. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top.
04 - Bake the bagels until they're warm and the cheese has melted, around 10-12 minutes. For a toasty finish, you can broil them.
05 - Top with some extra parsley and red pepper flakes before digging in.
