Strawberry Brownies Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
02 - 2 tablespoons water
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
05 - 2 large eggs

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 2/3 cup cocoa powder
09 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 cups sugar
11 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

→ Topping

12 - Chocolate melting wafers
13 - 3 cups strawberries, stems removed

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 325°F. Grab an 8-inch square pan, line it with parchment, and give it a good spray with oil.
02 - In a big bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, melted butter, water, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar, and salt in another bowl. Stir them into the wet mixture until just blended.
04 - Pour in the chocolate chunks and fold them into the batter. Spread evenly into your prepared pan.
05 - Let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until it barely jiggles. Leave it in the pan to cool fully.
06 - Arrange halved strawberries across the surface. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top, then let it chill before cutting into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - If you don't have wafers, melted chocolate chips work for drizzling.
02 - Make sure the brownies are totally cooled before decorating.
