# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 3/4 cup warm milk (about 43°C)
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg

→ Strawberry Cheesecake Filling

08 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
10 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
11 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
12 - 1/4 cup strawberry jam

→ Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

13 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
14 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
15 - 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

→ Cream Cheese Glaze

16 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
17 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
18 - 1 cup powdered sugar
19 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
20 - 2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until the dough begins to come together. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Stir in the chopped strawberries and strawberry jam until well combined.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
04 - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 30x45 cm). Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough, then layer the strawberry cheesecake filling on top. Carefully roll the dough up into a tight log from the long edge. Cut the dough into 12 equal rolls and place them in a greased 23x33 cm baking dish. Cover with a clean towel and let them rise for 30 minutes.
05 - Preheat your oven to 175°C. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - While the rolls are baking, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
07 - Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over slightly cooled rolls. Serve warm and enjoy.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - For even layers, make sure the fillings are evenly distributed before rolling the dough.
