In a big bowl, stir together the strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Make sure it's evenly combined.

Drop 2-tablespoon scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment to create 10 small heaps.

Pop the sheet into the freezer and leave the heaps untouched for 1-2 hours, till they're fully frozen.

Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 15-30 seconds at a time and stir after each interval.

Cover the frozen heaps entirely by dipping them in the melted chocolate. Add sea salt on top if you'd like.

Stick the coated clusters back into the freezer until the chocolate is hard and set.
