Chocolate Yogurt Clusters (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
02 - 1 tablespoon honey
03 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries

→ Chocolate Coating

05 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil
06 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Make sure it's evenly combined.
02 - Drop 2-tablespoon scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment to create 10 small heaps.
03 - Pop the sheet into the freezer and leave the heaps untouched for 1-2 hours, till they're fully frozen.
04 - Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 15-30 seconds at a time and stir after each interval.
05 - Cover the frozen heaps entirely by dipping them in the melted chocolate. Add sea salt on top if you'd like.
06 - Stick the coated clusters back into the freezer until the chocolate is hard and set.
