Strawberry Mix Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 3 oz soft cream cheese
02 - 2 big eggs
03 - ½ cup butter, softened

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - ⅓ cup plain white cake mix
05 - One box (15.25 oz) strawberry-flavored cake mix

→ Mix-ins and Toppings

06 - ⅓ cup colorful sprinkles
07 - ½ cup chocolate chips, semisweet

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and cover two baking trays with parchment.
02 - Whip together the cream cheese, butter, and eggs with a mixer until creamy. Add both cake mixes and stir just until blended. Scrape the bowl as needed for a smooth mix.
03 - Gently fold in the chocolate chips on a low setting. The dough should come together thick but easy to handle. Pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes if it's feeling too sticky.
04 - Scoop out roughly 4 teaspoons of dough per cookie, roll into small balls, then press them down slightly. Sprinkle the tops with colorful confetti.
05 - Put trays in the oven for 8-9 minutes. The cookies need to look set but stay soft, not golden. Cool on the tray first, then move them to racks.

# Notes:

01 - Cookies are super soft when they come out of the oven.
02 - Don't overbake if you want chewy cookies!
03 - Stick the dough in the fridge if it's a bit sticky.
