Sweet Strawberry Pretzel (Print Version)

Dessert with a salty pretzel base, creamy middle, and fruity strawberry top.

# Ingredients:

→ Pretzel Base

01 - 8 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
02 - 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
03 - 2 cups Crushed Pretzels

→ Creamy Middle Layer

04 - 8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
05 - 1/2 cup White Sugar
06 - 8 ounces Thawed Whipped Topping

→ Jelly Topping

07 - 6 ounces Strawberry-Flavored Gelatin
08 - 2 cups Hot Water
09 - 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, sliced

# Steps:

01 - Stir jelly powder into boiling water until dissolved. Let it cool down completely.
02 - Mix pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a pan. Bake it at 350°F for 10 minutes, then cool.
03 - Whisk together the sugar and cream cheese. Gently add in the whipped topping. Spread over the base once cool.
04 - Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
05 - Combine strawberries with the cooled jelly. Pour it gently over the cream cheese mix. Cool it in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set.
