Sweet Savory Pears (Print Version)

Warm pears filled with crumbly blue cheese, sweet honey, and crunchy nuts. A tasty mix of sweet and savory.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh pears.
02 - 2 tbsp honey.
03 - 4 tbsp crumbled blue cheese.
04 - 8 chopped walnuts.
05 - 2 tsp brown sugar.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and slice the pears in half but keep those stems attached.
02 - Scoop out the center of each pear half. Lay them cut-side up in a pan.
03 - Dust the pears with sugar, cover the pan with foil, and bake for 30 minutes until soft.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together the walnuts, honey, and blue cheese until combined.
05 - Put the cheese mix into the pear hollows. Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes until gooey.
