Set your oven to 180°C and slice the pears in half but keep those stems attached.

Scoop out the center of each pear half. Lay them cut-side up in a pan.

Dust the pears with sugar, cover the pan with foil, and bake for 30 minutes until soft.

In a small bowl, stir together the walnuts, honey, and blue cheese until combined.

Put the cheese mix into the pear hollows. Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes until gooey.
