Garlic Bread Pizza Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza

01 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (only if you like it spicy)
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs for seasoning
03 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1 cup of pizza sauce
05 - Fresh basil leaves for decoration and extra flavor (optional)
06 - 8 slices of Texas-style garlic toast
07 - 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni (you can skip this, totally up to you)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to the temperature mentioned on the Texas toast package instructions—generally around 425°F (220°C).
02 - Lay the garlic toast slices on a baking pan in a single layer. Bake them as per the package guide for about 5 minutes, just until they’re lightly toasted. This keeps the bread from going soft.
03 - Take the toast out of the oven, and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each one. Keep a small border around the edges to mimic a pizza crust.
04 - Cover each toast with some shredded mozzarella. Add your pepperoni or any other toppings of choice. Sprinkle on Italian herbs and some red pepper flakes if you’re using them.
05 - Place the toasts back in the oven and bake them for another 5 to 10 minutes. You’re aiming for melted, bubbly cheese and a golden, crisp edge.
06 - Top with fresh basil if you want, and enjoy your mini pizzas while they’re still hot and crunchy!

# Notes:

01 - Fiddle with the toppings! Try sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, or even onions—whatever pizza vibes you love.
