Triple Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 crust for pizza, either homemade or from the store

→ Sauce

02 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - ⅔ cup of Ranch dressing

→ Cheese

04 - ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
05 - ½ cup cheddar, shredded
06 - 2 cups mozzarella, shredded

→ Toppings

07 - 2 diced Roma tomatoes
08 - ¼ cup green onions, minced
09 - 1 chicken breast, cooked and cut into thin slices

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 425°F. Grease or butter a round pizza pan, 16 inches wide. Stretch the dough so it fits the pan size.
02 - Stir together the Ranch and minced garlic in a small bowl. Spread it all over the pizza crust evenly.
03 - Mix all cheeses in a medium bowl. Spread half of it on top of the sauce. Add the chicken, tomatoes, and green onions, then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
04 - Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes. Start checking at the 10-minute mark. Remove it after the cheese melts and the edges look golden.
05 - Pull the pizza out, let it sit for a few minutes, then slice it up and enjoy it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Crust can be made from scratch or purchased ready-made
02 - Tastes best while warm
03 - Keep an eye on the pizza near the end of the cook time
