Quick 2-ingredient Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza Dough

01 - 3 cups self-rising flour*
02 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, fat-free

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven up to 450°F (230°C). Take out two big baking trays, and lay parchment paper on both.
02 - Mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour together in a large bowl—or use a stand mixer if you prefer. Stir everything with a fork to create a crumbly or shaggy dough if working by hand. If you’re using a stand mixer, attach the dough hook and let it do the work.
03 - Dust your hands with a little flour, then place the dough on a floured countertop or board. Knead it gently for a few minutes until it gets nice and smooth. Roll it into a ball and keep it aside while you get your pizza toppings ready.
04 - Cut the dough into two same-sized portions for two pizzas, or leave it as one ball if making a single pizza. Lay each dough ball on your parchment-lined trays and spread it out into a round or rectangular shape. Start with a rolling pin if needed, then finish with your hands, lightly dusted with flour.
05 - Spread some pizza sauce onto your crusts and pile on your favorite toppings. Slide them into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn a golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - *You can make your own self-rising flour by taking 1 cup of all-purpose flour and mixing in 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder plus 1/2 teaspoon salt.
