06 - A handful of sliced mushrooms (½ cup)
07 - Some red pepper flakes (only if you like spicy!)
08 - ½ cup of chopped bell peppers
09 - Pepperoni slices (½ cup)
10 - A quarter-cup of black olive slices

→ For Serving

11 - Extra pizza sauce for dipping as you eat

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s ready when you are. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper so cleanup’s a breeze and nothing sticks.
02 - Place the tortillas flat on a clean countertop or table. Spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce all over each tortilla, leaving about half an inch clear along the edges.
03 - Spread an even layer of mozzarella (around ½ cup) on top of the sauce on every tortilla.
04 - Scatter the pepperoni, mushrooms, chopped bell peppers, and black olives evenly over all four tortillas.
05 - Sprinkle over some Italian herbs for added flavor. If you like a bit of kick, toss on a pinch of red pepper flakes.
06 - Fold the two sides of each tortilla inward, then start rolling from the bottom firmly but gently so everything stays inside. Put the seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.
07 - Use a brush to lightly coat the wraps with olive oil on the outside. This’ll make them turn golden and crispy while they bake.
08 - Put the wraps on the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Let them bake for about 12-15 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden and the cheese is melty.
09 - Take the wraps out of the oven and let them sit for 2 or 3 minutes. This helps everything settle and makes them easier to handle.
10 - Cut each wrap into two diagonal halves using a sharp knife. Serve hot with some extra pizza sauce for dipping on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch up the toppings for what you love most about pizza!
02 - If you’re after crunchier wraps, coat both sides with olive oil and flip them mid-bake.
03 - Keep leftover wraps in the fridge for up to three days and pop them into a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes to reheat.
04 - Try adding extra zing by using flavored wraps—spinach, tomato, or others bring a twist!
