Buffalo Chicken Protein Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 cup of shredded, cooked chicken breast
02 - Half a cup of cottage cheese

→ Vegetables

03 - Quarter cup of diced celery
04 - Quarter cup of grated carrots

→ Sauces

05 - Two tablespoons of buffalo sauce
06 - Two tablespoons of ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the cooked, shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce so it’s coated completely.
02 - Start layering the bowl with cottage cheese first, followed by the buffalo chicken, then the celery and carrots.
03 - Top it off with ranch dressing and serve it right away.

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken works well and saves time.
02 - Feel free to add as much or as little buffalo sauce as you’d like.
03 - Tastes best when eaten fresh.
