Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells (Print Version)

Jumbo shells packed with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and ranch for a flavorful, cheesy main dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces (340 g) jumbo shells, cooked al dente according to package directions
02 - 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
03 - 3 tablespoons homemade dry ranch seasoning, or 1 1/2 (1-ounce) packages store-bought ranch seasoning
04 - 1/2 cup (128 g) buffalo sauce
05 - 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
06 - 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 cup (113 g) white cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, for topping
10 - 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce, for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Stuff each jumbo shell with the chicken mixture and place in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Top with the remaining mozzarella and the white cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
05 - Drizzle with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce before serving.
