Butterfinger Peanut Chocolate Balls (Print Version)

Buttery, crunchy balls with peanut butter and Butterfinger, cloaked in chocolate for festive, sweet enjoyment.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons softened butter (½ stick)
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips
04 - ½ cup Butterfinger bars, crushed
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 cup peanut butter (avoid all-natural varieties)
07 - ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
08 - Optional garnishes: additional crushed Butterfinger bars, festive sprinkles, or coarse sea salt

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter. Use an electric or stand mixer set to medium speed and blend until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
02 - Incorporate the vanilla extract and blend thoroughly.
03 - Gradually add the powdered sugar in increments, blending at a low speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
04 - Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars.
05 - Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out approximately 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the dough, roll into neat balls, and place on the cookie sheet.
06 - Freeze the dough balls on the sheet for roughly 30 minutes until they are completely firm.
07 - Once the dough balls are chilled, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Be cautious not to overheat; some lumps should remain and will melt as you stir.
08 - Submerge each chilled ball into the melted chocolate. Fully coat or leave some peanut butter mixture exposed, as desired.
09 - Add a sprinkle of crushed Butterfinger bars, holiday-themed sprinkles, or a dash of flaky sea salt for decoration.
10 - Allow the chocolate to solidify completely before serving the Butterfinger Bliss Balls.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - For a smoother texture, ensure the peanut butter and softened butter are thoroughly mixed before adding the dry ingredients.
