08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
09 - 2 tbsp melted butter
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping (optional)
11 - 1/4 tsp paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish, 9×13 inches in size.
02 - Stir together melted butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, paprika, and a bit of salt and pepper in a big bowl.
03 - Place half your potato slices in the baking dish. Add half the kielbasa slices and diced onions on top. Spoon on half of the sauce mixture and sprinkle over 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

05 - Throw a piece of foil over the dish and bake for just about 40 minutes.
06 - Take the foil off and bake again for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the potatoes are soft.
07 - If you’d like, sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy while it’s warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, swap out kielbasa with a smoky sausage.
02 - Feel free to throw in some mushrooms or bell pepper slices.
03 - You can make this ahead of time and warm it up later.
