Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish, 9×13 inches in size.

Stir together melted butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, paprika, and a bit of salt and pepper in a big bowl.

Place half your potato slices in the baking dish. Add half the kielbasa slices and diced onions on top. Spoon on half of the sauce mixture and sprinkle over 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Add the rest of the potatoes, sausage, onions, sauce mix, and finish with the last cup of shredded cheddar.

Throw a piece of foil over the dish and bake for just about 40 minutes.

Take the foil off and bake again for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the potatoes are soft.

If you’d like, sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy while it’s warm.
