Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or muffin tin lightly so the biscuits won't stick.

Use your fingers or a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

Put a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of the dough. Add some mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices on top.

Bring the edges of each circle together and pinch them tight to close. Double-check nothing is leaking out.

Put each sealed dough ball (seam-side down) on the greased tray or muffin cups. Leave space between for spreading.

Use a pastry brush to coat the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Bake the balls until golden and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.

Let them chill just a little, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
