Cheesy Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Bomb Filling

01 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
02 - 1/4 cup mini or chopped regular pepperoni
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce (keep extra for dipping)
05 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 biscuits total

→ Dough Topping

06 - 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or muffin tin lightly so the biscuits won't stick.
02 - Use your fingers or a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
03 - Put a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of the dough. Add some mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices on top.
04 - Bring the edges of each circle together and pinch them tight to close. Double-check nothing is leaking out.
05 - Put each sealed dough ball (seam-side down) on the greased tray or muffin cups. Leave space between for spreading.
06 - Use a pastry brush to coat the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
07 - Bake the balls until golden and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
08 - Let them chill just a little, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
