Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

Sweet yogurt bites filled with cookie dough and coated in chocolate. Vegan, gluten-free, and made with simple ingredients.

# Ingredients:

→ Frozen Yogurt

01 - 1 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
02 - 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
03 - 1/4 cup cashew butter or any nut/seed butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

→ Chocolate Coating

06 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
07 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

# Steps:

01 - Add all frozen yogurt ingredients except the mini chocolate chips to a bowl and mix until smooth and combined. Then, stir in the mini chocolate chips.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a medium-large cookie scoop to scoop dollops of the frozen yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, slightly spacing each one apart.
03 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
04 - Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or over a double boiler until completely smooth.
05 - Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat. Transfer back to the baking sheet.
06 - Return all dipped yogurt bites to the freezer for at least another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Store in the freezer to enjoy later or serve immediately.
