Preheat your oven to 375°F. Use the melted butter to coat a 9x13 dish.

Slice an 'X' across the top of each roll, being careful not to go all the way through.

Stir together nutmeg, cinnamon, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl until combined.

Drizzle the butter mixture all over the rolls, making sure they’re fully covered.

Whip the cream cheese until smooth, and then blend in the egg and sugar until creamy.

Spoon or pipe the cream cheese filling into the 'X' cuts on each roll.

Put the dish in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops are golden and the filling is set.
