In a bowl, mix the yogurt, fruit jam, milk, and vanilla extract. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.

Equally distribute the mixture into 6-8 Dixie cups or popsicle molds. Preferably use Dixie cups as molds can make removal difficult. Insert popsicle sticks into the center.

Freeze the filled molds until firm, approximately 4 hours or overnight. For layered popsicles, pour 2-3 different flavored mixtures into each mold.
