# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar for crust.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/2 cup sugar for filling.
05 - 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup sour cream.
08 - Powdered sugar for dusting.
09 - 2 large eggs.

# Steps:

01 - Blend sugar and flour, mix in butter till sandy. Press mixture into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
02 - Combine pineapple (drained!), sour cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Stir everything until smooth and mixed well.
03 - Spread the filling onto the baked crust. Bake it for 25-30 minutes or until it firms up.
04 - Let it cool down completely, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Slice it up before serving.
