01 - 1 cup of cottage cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray some oil over it.
02 - Use a fine strainer or cheesecloth to squeeze out extra moisture from the cottage cheese. This helps make the chips crunchier.
03 - Scoop bits of cottage cheese onto the oiled baking tray. Flatten them into thin rounds with a spoon and make sure to leave space between each one.
04 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on it so they don’t burn, and take them out when they’re golden and crispy.
05 - Give the baked chips a few minutes to cool while still on the tray to get even crisper. Move them to a plate after.
06 - For a quicker way, spread the drained cheese on a piece of parchment paper. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until you see it’s golden and crispy. Let cool and break into smaller bits.
