Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

Crunchy, cheesy pepperoni treats with just three ingredients. Great for munching or adding texture to salads.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Mix

01 - 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Meat

03 - 12 pieces of pepperoni for pizza

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat
02 - Slide a pepperoni slice into the bottom of each slot in your non-stick muffin pan
03 - Distribute the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top of the pepperoni slices, pressing gently to flatten
04 - Let it bake for 8 minutes until the edges are crispy and brown, but the center still has a little softness
05 - Wait 5 minutes for them to cool in the pan before taking them out. Enjoy your treat!

# Helpful Notes:

01 - To make them even crispier, leave them baking for 1-2 minutes more and watch closely to keep from burning
02 - Try swapping in flavors like Parmesan or Monterey Jack to change things up!
03 - These can hang out in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just warm them in the oven to bring back the crisp!
