Easy Crispy Pizza Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Wrap

01 - 4 jumbo flour tortillas
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - Olive oil for brushing lightly
04 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices
05 - 1 cup tangy pizza sauce

→ Fillings

06 - 1/4 cup of black olives, sliced
07 - 1/2 cup of colorful bell pepper strips
08 - Optional: red chili flakes for spice
09 - 1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced thin
10 - 1/2 cup of thin pepperoni slices

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper to make cleanup easy.
02 - Place the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Smear about 1/4 cup pizza sauce across the center of each, leaving the edges sauce-free.
03 - Evenly scatter 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce over each tortilla.
04 - Layer the mushrooms, peppers, olives, and pepperoni evenly on all the tortillas.
05 - Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings, and if you like it spicy, toss in a pinch of red pepper flakes.
06 - Fold in the edges, then roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, keeping the fillings secure inside. Place seam-side down on the baking tray.
07 - Brush a little olive oil on all sides of each roll. This helps them get crispy and golden.
08 - Pop the tray in the oven and let them bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they're golden and the cheese is melted inside.
09 - Take them out of the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes so the filling firms up and they're easier to handle.
10 - Cut each wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife. Serve instantly with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
