Dalgona Whipped Coffee Fluff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons instant coffee
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons boiling water
04 - A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
05 - 1 cup milk of choice (e.g., soy, almond, oat)

# Steps:

01 - Add instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water into a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on a high speed to whip the ingredients together.
02 - Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides to ensure all ingredients are combined. The resulting texture should be fluffy and thick.
03 - Taste the whipped coffee. If desired, add an additional tablespoon of sugar and whip again briefly. The coffee will be strong but will be diluted with milk.
04 - Add the whipped coffee to a tall glass containing 1 cup (240 ml) of milk. For iced coffee, add ice cubes before pouring in milk, then spoon the whipped coffee on top. For hot coffee, pour milk into the glass, then top with the whipped coffee.
05 - Mix the whipped coffee into the milk vigorously using a spoon or straw before drinking.
