Easter Dirt Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Layer Ingredients

01 - 1 box (3.9 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 2 cups chilled milk
03 - 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
04 - Purple and pink food color (or any shades you like)

→ Dirt & Decoration Supplies

05 - 1 pack of Oreos, crushed and filling removed
06 - Grated coconut
07 - Mini candy eggs
08 - Marshmallow Peeps in bunny or chick shapes
09 - Green food dye for coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk in a medium-sized bowl for a couple of minutes. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so it thickens.
02 - Split the pudding into two bowls. Add pink color to one and purple to the other (or pick colors you love). Stir till the shade looks even.
03 - Slowly fold the Cool Whip into each bowl of pudding. Keep going until the mix becomes fluffy and creamy.
04 - Spoon a layer of crushed Oreos into the bottom of clear cups or jars. Add a layer of one of the pudding colors on top.
05 - Continue layering with the other pudding color and more crushed Oreos. Top the last layer with crushed Oreos to finish.
06 - Pop the cups into the fridge for at least 60 minutes so everything sets and the flavors come together.
07 - Pour the shredded coconut into a sealed container. Add a bit of green food color and a sprinkle of water. Close the lid and shake till the color spreads evenly.
08 - Right before enjoying, layer the green-tinted coconut on the dessert. Place a few candy eggs and Peeps on top to create a fun springtime vibe.

# Notes:

01 - Make it up to 1 day in advance, but wait to decorate until right before serving.
02 - Use clear plastic glasses or mason jars for individual servings.
03 - Want it faster? Use only one pudding color.
04 - Perfect for Easter parties or welcoming spring!
