Easter Surprise Bundt Cakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cakes

01 - A box of white cake mix (store-bought or homemade), prepped per instructions
02 - Assorted Easter candies (like chocolates, jelly beans, mini eggs, or M&Ms)

→ Glaze

03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons milk, adding extra if needed
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
07 - Food coloring gel in pastel shades

# Instructions:

01 - Grease up a mini bundt pan and dust it lightly with flour. Set it aside once it's prepped. This recipe works well for pans that bake six medium-sized bundts.
02 - Mix up the cake according to the directions on the package or your preferred homemade recipe. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, then bake as instructed.
03 - Let the cakes sit until they're no longer warm. Once cool, trim a tiny slice from the bottom of each so they can stand flat without tipping over.
04 - Blend milk, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Keep the glaze thick but still pourable. Adjust it with extra milk if it's too thick or powdered sugar if it's too thin. Pour into smaller bowls and use food coloring to make pastel shades.
05 - Stuff the middle hole of each bundt cake with your Easter candies. Cram as much in as you can for a fun surprise when the cake is sliced.
06 - Drizzle the colorful glaze over the bundts, avoiding the center to keep the candy inside dry. Sprinkle more candy on top for extra flair.
