# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 8 oz finely shredded Cheddar cheese
03 - 2-1/4 oz sliced black olives, drained
04 - 2 tablespoons minced green onion
05 - 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/8 teaspoon pepper
08 - 2 oz chopped Buddig Original Ham
09 - Assorted crackers (for serving)

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add the minced green onion, minced red bell pepper, sliced black olives, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and chopped Buddig Ham to the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
03 - Shape the combined mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap.
04 - Refrigerate the wrapped cheeseball for at least 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. For a more flavorful result, chill overnight if possible.
05 - Remove the cheeseball from the refrigerator and unwrap it carefully. Place it on a serving plate and surround it with assorted crackers. Serve immediately.
06 - Prepare the cheese mixture as directed, excluding the Buddig Ham. Shape it into a football shape and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Before serving, roll the cheese football in chopped Buddig Sliced Beef to coat completely. Serve with crackers.
