Honey Mustard Baked Salmon (Print Version)

Tender salmon fillets coated in honey mustard and crisped with panko for a vibrant, weeknight meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels

→ Glaze and Topping

02 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - ¼ cup plain or seasoned panko crumbs
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
05 - ⅓ cup honey mustard sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with foil, and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, panko crumbs, and parsley. Mix until thoroughly wet and combined.
03 - Brush each salmon fillet with the honey mustard sauce. Press the panko crumbs mixture evenly over each fillet.
04 - Transfer the salmon fillets to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 16 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and its internal temperature registers at 145ºF.
05 - Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
