Creamy Pork Chops Slow Cooked (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 hefty pork chops (choose either bone-in or no bones)
02 - 1 small pack (1 oz) of dry ranch dressing seasoning
03 - 1 regular-sized can (10.5 oz) of creamy chicken soup
04 - A quarter cup of water

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - Chopped garlic
06 - Baby carrots
07 - Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water (thickens up the sauce as needed)
08 - Thinly sliced onions
09 - Cut-up potatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Use a bit of oil or cooking spray to grease the inside so food doesn’t stick.
02 - Place the pork chops neatly across the bottom. If you’re using onions or veggies, pop a few underneath for flavor.
03 - In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, chicken soup, and water until you’ve got a smooth sauce.
04 - Pour your sauce over the pork chops, spreading it to coat them well. If you’ve got garlic or extra spices, add those now.
05 - Pop the lid on the slow cooker and let it go. Use the low setting for 6-7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours, until the chops are tender and hit 145°F inside.
06 - If you like thicker sauce, stir in a cornstarch mixture about half an hour before eating. Keep cooking on high until it’s thicker.
07 - Carefully take out the pork chops, serve them up, and spoon some of that delicious sauce over the top. Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or green veggies.

# Notes:

01 - For a richer flavor, sear the pork chops in a hot skillet with some oil before you add them to the pot.
02 - Chops with bones tend to stay juicier and more flavorful throughout the slow cooking process.
03 - Switch out the creamy chicken soup for cream of mushroom if you’re in the mood for something different.
04 - Add extra veggies like carrots, onions, or potatoes to make it a simple, one-dish meal.
