# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add in the butter, milk, and vanilla extract, then stir until the mixture is smooth.
03 - Spread the batter evenly in the greased pan. Place the banana slices neatly on top of the batter.
04 - Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small dish. Sprinkle the mixture across the bananas.
05 - Pop the pan into the oven and bake for about 40–45 minutes. It should be golden and a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
06 - Let the dessert rest for a few minutes after baking. Serve it warm, adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Chopped nuts can make a great addition to the topping.
02 - Drizzle some caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
03 - Swap the bananas for apples or peaches for a tasty variation.
