Spicy Peaches and Brie Pizza (Print Version)

Golden crust topped with spicy peaches, creamy brie, honey drizzle, pesto, and fresh microgreens.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 lb store-bought pizza dough, rested

→ Toppings

02 - 3 medium peaches, sliced
03 - 1 tbsp spicy chili crisp oil
04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 8-10 oz brie cheese
06 - 2 tbsp pesto, homemade or store-bought
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Microgreens, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
02 - In a bowl, combine the peach slices, honey, and spicy chili crisp oil. Season with salt and mix well.
03 - Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
04 - Spread the pesto evenly over the pizza dough. Arrange the peach mixture and brie slices on top of the crust.
05 - Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and bubbly.
06 - Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool briefly. Garnish with microgreens or arugula as desired.
07 - Slice the pizza into servings and enjoy.
