Let the fried wrappers chill on some paper towels. Dust them real quick with more powdered sugar.

Drop your filled rolls in hot oil and fry them until they turn golden, gently flipping them here and there. Takes about 2-3 minutes.

Crank up your stove and heat up a deep skillet with oil until it hits 350°F.

Roll from the bottom, tuck in both sides, then roll all the way and seal the edge with a dab of water.

Spoon a tablespoon of cheesy mix and a little strawberry mix in the middle of each wrapper.
